HON. YAKUBU KUDANBO takes a stand.

 Tracing the roots of the problems of FCT indigenes. 
I have discovered that The federal character commission (FCC)is one of the causes of marginalisation facing FCT indigenes during recruitments into Federal Agencies through their handbook been circulated to employers.
At Page 15 paragraph 6 of the handbook, the FCC says FCT should be given only one percent where every state should be given about 2.75 percent each. 
This position is in error because the constitution provides that FCT should be treated equal with states.
Therefore, our indigene lawyers should write to the FCC to review that handbook and withdraw the discriminatory one in circulation with immediate effect.
